Tetris was set up from an initiative of the lawyer Mr. Gioacchino Amato who is and advisor. expert in capital market, corporate law and energy law, and he decided to invest as an entrepreneur in the activity of development of renewable projects, carrying out in few years a pipeline of projects that, as long as they got mature, have been sold to investors.

Gioacchino Amato served on Consob (the Italian Authority that supervises the stock exchanges) from 2005 to 2015. Then he joined, as a Director, the well-known big four Pwc, as Head of the Capital Market Team and in June 2018 he was appointed Partner in Deloitte, as Head of the Capital Market Department. In October 2022 he founded the legal boutique Amato Avvocati. In 2023 Gioacchino Amato was appointed Chairman of Sviluppare, the association of the Italian developers of renewable projects
