Since 2017 in the field of sustainability
Since its set up, occurred in 2017, Tetris has worked in the field of sustainability. In particular, from 2020, Tetris started up some projects, in greenfield, in the area of solar, agrivoltaic and wind. Concretely, the activity of Tetris deals with finding development opportunities, firstly finding lands that own the requirements requested by the laws and regulations involved, and secondly, once entered into lease agreements with the owners of the lands involved, starting the administrative procedure, by requesting the quotation of grid connection to Enel or Terna. Onve received the quotation and assessed the financial feasibiltiy of the project, Tetris starts the technical phase, through its engineers and advisor, in order to file a request of authorization and getting, at the end of the administrative phase, the status of ready to build of the project.

Tetris is clearly a developer then, depending on the administrative maturity of the project or the size of the the same, Tetris finds the investors interested in purchasing the projects. In the relations with investors Tetris adopts different schemes. In same cases It enters into co-development agreeement in greenfield, with some financial milestones. In other cases Tetris may sell the project, depending on the administrative maturity of the project itself, that it maight be when the STMG is required or when the STMG is accepted or when the request of authorization is filed or when the project is ready to build or when the project is working.
Nowadays Tetris is a coprorate group because for each project a specific corporate vehicle is set up (SPV) that will be the owner of the STMG, the authorization and is the contractual counterparty of the owners of the lands.
